Recognizing the need for specialized focus in health law matters, the Firm has developed two core groups of practitioners within its specialized Health and Hospital Law Department. The "regulatory group" consisting of one partner, three associates and a paralegal, focuses on regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, health insurance and billing issues and institutional corporate compliance programs.

The "transactional group", consisting of one partner and five associates, concentrates on business and financial transactions for the health care institutional provider. The health law transactional team is further enhanced, supported by, and is integrated with the Firm's corporate and finance attorneys in the Firm's Corporate, Securities and Bond Financing Department.
